MAC Financial Limited is the Isle of Man’s leading financial services provider for Corporate and Private clients, due to continued & exciting expansion, we are looking for a Corporate Services Administrator to join the team.

The role would suit a results-driven, highly motivated individual, who possesses integrity, a strong work ethic, and a desire to help our clients and the wider team. 


Reporting to the Client Services Manager, in this role you will be involved in a broad range of responsibilities to provide support to the MAC Financial IFAs (Independent Financial Advisers).

Key responsibilities

  • To provide effective assistance and support to the Corporate IFA Team
  • Arranging and preparing all meeting pack requirements
  • Co-ordinating the corporate client annual reviews
  • Daily diary management for IFA meetings
  • Completion of administration tasks in a timely manner
  • Processing all new business applications and due diligence requirements
  • Answering phone calls and dealing with client queries
  • Dealing and processing all general enquiries via email or post
  • Building strong lasting relationships with our corporate clients and key personnel
  • Working closely with pension and insurance providers
  • Providing professional reception cover duties when required
  • Daily task organisation, monitoring and delegation

Qualifications and experience


  • Minimum of 5 GCSCE’s including Maths and English
  • Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)


  • Preferably experienced in Intelligent Office
