Nikki Wilson
Business Support Lead
As Business Support Lead, Nikki plays a key role in supporting the MAC Comm team and ensuring smooth operations through her work on client reports and customer risk assessments.
Nikki is an experienced insurance professional, with over 30 years of experience gained in London and the Isle of Man. She joined MAC Commercial through the Aon (Isle of Man) acquisition.
Nikki draws on her extensive background to support Ann, Group Broking Manager and the wider MAC Commercial team in meeting regulatory requirements, helping to ensure compliance and operational integrity.
In addition, Nikki manages credit control, overseeing all aspects of receipts, payments and reconciling transactions.
