MAC Financial Pension Trustees (MFPT) is part of one of the Isle of Man’s largest combined financial advisory and insurance broking firms, supporting both corporate and private clients. Due to continued and exciting expansion, we are seeking a Pension Trustee Executive to join our team.
This role is ideal for a results-driven, highly motivated individual with integrity, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional support to clients and colleagues.
Purpose
To assist in the running of a well-established and growing pension team. This is a fast-paced role and you will contribute to the success of the wider business in a stimulating and friendly work environment with support for professional development and a competitive reward package.
Previous experience working within pension administration would be desirable but not essential.
Key responsibilities
- To provide effective assistance and support for the Pension Administration team
- Process new business applications and transfers
- Preparation of plan schedules and benefit calculations
- Preparation of member benefit payments
- Account reconciliations
- Ensuring accuracy and security of client data on company systems
- General administrative tasks including email and phone queries
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth running of the team
- Deal confidently with client enquiries via email, telephone and face to face
- Manage workflow diary

Qualifications and experience
Essential
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English at Grade C or above
- Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Desirable
- Preferably experienced in using Intelliflo CRM system
