As a Pension Trustee Executive, Sue Perry is responsible for the day-to-day administration of MAC Financial Pension Trustee (MFPT) SIPP products, ensuring all processes run smoothly and professionally.
Often serving as the first port of call for MFPT clients, Sue focuses on building lasting relationships through approachable, reliable service. She coordinates SIPP income payments, oversees the transfer of funds into MFPT SIPPs, and ensures all tasks are completed with accuracy and efficiency.
Sue also plays a crucial role in maintaining up-to-date scheme records and financial details, supporting members as they plan for their future. Her clear and practical communication helps clients understand their options and make informed decisions about their retirement.
Collaborating closely with Pension Trustee Team Leader Emma Hannay and the wider team, Sue brings a meticulous and proactive approach that reinforces MFPT’s high standards of client care and service delivery.
