MAC Group is pleased to share that Group Operations Manager, Kirsty Duke, has completed the Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management at University College Isle of Man (UCM).
The qualification is a significant achievement and reflects Kirsty’s commitment to professional development and leadership excellence.
Kirsty joined MAC in 2016 and has progressed through various departments including paraplanning, client services and compliance. She was promoted to Client Services Manager in 2023 and Group Operations Manager in 2026. Kirsty is MAC’s Data Protection Officer, a member of the management team and is responsible for operations across the entire group.

I’m delighted to have successfully completed my Level 5 Certificate in Leadership and Management.
The programme has been an incredibly valuable opportunity to strengthen my leadership and management skills, develop new approaches to leading and supporting teams, and broaden my knowledge of effective people management. Most importantly, it has provided practical insights that I can apply directly to my role, from making informed decisions and managing challenges to motivating others and supporting the development of those around me.
Balancing and dedicating the time to work towards a qualification alongside a busy role was challenging, but equally rewarding, and it has reinforced the importance of continuous learning and development as a leader.
I’m grateful to my immediate colleagues and the entire MAC Group team for their encouragement and support throughout the course. I’m looking forward to putting what I’ve learned into practice and continuing to grow as a leader and manager.
