Following yesterday’s announcement from the Isle of Man Government, we have made the decision to close the MAC Office until further notice. We have no concerns regarding our ability to continue to provide service to our customers. To minimise any risk to colleagues and customers, we are taking the following precautions:
Face to Face Meetings
Based on government advice, we will not be able to meet clients in person until further notice. We are able to continue supporting and providing advice to you online with video calls, telephone calls and e-mail.
We will be monitoring this on a daily basis and will look to re-open the office once it’s safe to do so.
Online meetings
We will be using leading video technology for all of our meetings, to ensure we can still support you as an individual, or as a company in a secure manner. We will work with you and your technology to make sure we can communicate and deliver individual advice and staff presentations effectively whilst adhering to the Government’s recent advice.
Telephone Calls
Where you are able to, please attempt to contact us via e-mail first – mail@macgroup.im
If you’d still like to discuss anything over the phone, please call 01624 639450, leave your details, a brief indication of your query and a contact number, and a member of the MAC team will return your call.
Remote working
All of our staff are now working from home and have full access to secure and GDPR compliant remote working capabilities, so we can continue to support you from any location.
Ongoing Service
Our focus remains on the well being and safety of our colleagues, customers and partners and we wish to reassure you that our services to you remain robust and highly resilient.
Please be safe and healthy everyone!
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Yours faithfully,
The MAC Group Team
